The Company
Diana Reyes Flamenco
Diana Reyes, the artist director and principle dancer of Diana Reyes Flamenco founded her own company, Diana Reyes Flamenco, upon her return from many successful years of studying in Spain and performing in Spain and other European countries.
Diana’s vision was to create a company through which she could develop and promote in Australia, flamenco performances of the highest calibre. Diana is the only flamenco artist in Australia to receive continuous support from Australia’s premium arts organisaton, the Australia Council and the NSW Ministry of the Arts. This support has enabled Diana to produce many very successful seasons of flamenco to Australian audiences. Diana's most recent production, Entre Amigos, in August 2002 at the Seymour Centre, was fully booked out over the two week season. The show received critical acclaim.
